# Video Outreach Specialist

$4 USD per hour plus performance bonuses. Record short personal video pitches and send them to a lead list we provide. A sixty-day remote contract at about four hours a day.

## Pay

$4 USD per hour for outreach hours, plus a performance bonus for every qualified conversion. A qualified conversion is an attended booked call or an activated trial signup. Bonus amounts and conversion goals are set in the contractor agreement and may shift as we learn which pitch performs.

## About ProxyLLM

ProxyLLM is a suite of AI developer tools that agencies use to cut their AI model costs. The platform is established and has a thriving base of paying customers. This role adds an extra acquisition channel: direct, personal video outreach. You work directly with the founder.

## The role

You run the human side of a new outbound sales channel while we pilot it. The work is short Loom-style video pitches that introduce ProxyLLM to prospects, plus cold email to a lead list we provide. You watch what gets replies and keep adjusting the pitch. Your recordings and the refined pitch then power the automated outreach system we build next.

## A temporary, sixty-day contract

This is a temporary position. The contract runs sixty days and covers one specific project: piloting this outreach channel and producing the recordings that power its automated successor. You work as an independent contractor at about four hours a day, on a flexible schedule you set yourself. When the sixty days end, the contract ends. Strong results may earn an extension offer. ## What you will do

- Record short, natural video pitches that introduce ProxyLLM to prospects.
- Send cold outreach by email and by video to a lead list we provide.
- Test the pitch (messaging, structure, and call to action) and write down what works.
- Drive prospects toward one conversion goal: a booked call or an activated trial.
- Log your activity and results in our CRM.
- Tell the founder what you hear: the objections that come up and the pitch versions that get replies.

## What we look for

- Fluent, natural spoken and written English.
- Comfort on camera. You sound like a person talking, never like a script.
- Experience with cold outreach or appointment setting helps.
- Organized and self-directed. You plan your own day and keep your own pipeline moving.
- A reliable computer, a webcam or phone camera, and stable internet.

## Your video and likeness

Read this section before you apply. The recordings you make in this role are the product. We use them in our marketing and outreach. We also generate AI variations from them, and we may present them under a professional alias. Use of these materials continues after the contract ends. All of this is a condition of the role. The contractor agreement spells it out in detail, and you can review it in full before you accept. Apply only if you are comfortable with every part of this.

## Humans only

We build AI tools, and the outreach system this project feeds will be automated. It still needs a real person at its core: your face and your voice. So the role is for a human, and the application must come from one. Record your video yourself and speak in your own words.

## Apply

- A short note on any outreach or sales experience you have.
- The required video of you speaking on camera. Two minutes is plenty. A phone recording is fine.
- A Loom link or a Google Drive link to that video, with sharing set to public ("anyone with the link can view"). Open it in a private browser window first to confirm it works.

We review every application that arrives with a working video link. Applications without one get no reply.

One clarification: the likeness terms above cover recordings you make on the job. Your application video is just an application. We use it only to evaluate you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
